Payments From Restricted Sources Are Not Accepted by Our Payment Gateway
Our cryptocurrency payment gateway applies sanctions-compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), fraud-prevention, and other compliance controls.
As a result, the payment gateway does not accept or process payments originating from, routed through, or otherwise associated with certain sanctioned, restricted, or high-risk platforms, services, entities, wallets, and counterparties.
Payments associated directly or indirectly with the services and entities listed below may be rejected by the payment gateway and may not be credited to your account.

Important
Please do not send cryptocurrency payments originating from or associated with any of the platforms, services, or entities listed above.
The payment gateway may also identify indirect exposure to restricted sources. This may include funds that:
- were transferred through an intermediary wallet or exchange;
- were withdrawn from a restricted service before being sent for payment;
- passed through multiple wallets;
- originated from an address associated with a restricted or sanctioned entity.
Using an intermediary wallet does not necessarily remove the transaction history or its association with the original source.
What Happens if a Restricted Payment Is Detected?
If the payment gateway identifies a transaction as originating from or associated with a restricted source:
- The payment may be rejected or placed on hold by the payment gateway.
- The payment may not be credited to your account.
- The payment gateway may request additional information, documents, or proof of the source of funds.
- The transaction may be subject to additional AML, sanctions, or compliance checks.
- Any refund, release, or further processing of the funds will be subject to the payment gateway's compliance procedures and policies.
Please note that these compliance checks are performed by the payment gateway. We cannot override, disable, or bypass the payment gateway's AML or sanctions controls.
Compliance Notice
The list above may not be exhaustive and may be updated by the payment gateway or its compliance providers.
The payment gateway may also restrict transactions associated with other sanctioned entities, cryptocurrency mixers, darknet markets, gambling platforms, high-risk exchanges, payment services, wallets, or addresses identified as presenting elevated AML or sanctions risk.
If you are unsure whether your payment source is supported, please contact our support team before making a payment.
